When will I receive my AquaGo ?

First-off, thanks for considering the AquaGo, we really appreciate it !
To lower the launch price and get you the best price for the AquaGo, we have to buy our parts from our suppliers in bulk. Because of that, all AquaGo pre-orders will start shipping after we reach the launch goal (see the progress bar in the listing).
The sooner we reach the Pre-Order Goal, the faster we will start manufacturing and shipping your product.
So, if you want your AquaGo sooner, tell your family and friends about it. If they pre-order too, you'll get your AquaGo faster. You, and your friend will each get a 300EGP for the referral. So technically, you could get your AquaGo for free, and get it faster too if you got your friends to pre-order as well !

Why are you waiting till the end of the campaign to ship orders ?

The campaign price is a very discounted price based on bulk orders. We simply cannot sell individual items at this price, because it will be less than our cost if we did not manufacture them in bulk.

What is the AquaGo made from ?

From creating our own waterproof board sheet material, to using imported 0.8 mm heavy duty stainless steel sinks, and premium brass pipe fittings. We do not compromise in materials or quality, in order to reach the premium finish and reliable operation that we are seeking. And deliver to you a product that you will be impressed by it, as much as we are proud in its engineering and quality.

How can I empty and re-fill the AquaGo ?

The AquaGo has concealed wheels, and built-in piping that makes it easy and convenient for anyone to empty its tanks.
Simply wheel the AquaGo to your nearest kitchen or bathroom. Open the back doors, and use the included hoses to fill the fresh water tank, and empty the waste water one.
The entire process is over in a couple of minutes, and anyone can do it.

How hygienic is the AquaGo ?

The AquaGo is all about hygiene and cleanliness. It has separate waste and fresh water Tanks that never Mix. it also has a deep sink that allows for minimal splashes when washes hands or cups. And a matching sink cover to cover the entirety of the sink when not in use.

How long will the AquaGo last me before i have to refill it ?

This depends on your usage and the AquaGo size you have. The Mini Or the Large ?
The Mini has 30 liter Tanks. which could last between one to two weeks for moderate use.
The Large has 50 liter Tanks, which could last anywhere from two to three weeks for moderate use.

Is the AquaGo Water Proof ?

Yes, the AquaGo is fully constructed from Waterproof materials. To ensure long lasting performance, and longevity.

What is the Warranty for the AquaGo?

We trust our design and construction fully. So each AquaGo Comes with a comprehensive, One Year Warranty against all manufacturing defects !
